OBJECTIVE(S) |
The
objective of this project is to develop, test and demonstrate
a revenue-service-ready, vital positive train control system in
the TTCI facility and on an operating railroad. Positive train
control will provide public benefits through a substantial reduction
in risk to railroad passengers and railroad employees and improve
the efficiency of the national railroad network. |
